How the organising team uses the information you submit through the registration form.

What we collect

Your name, email address, university or organisation, role, current intentions about further quantum study and quantum-related work, and any access or dietary requirements you choose to share.

What we use it for

Organising the programme, gauging demand, contacting you about your registration and making arrangements for your attendance. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your answers about further quantum study and quantum-related work are used only for statistical purposes and have no effect on getting a place.

Who can see it

The organising team across King's, Imperial and UCL. Records are processed using Vercel, Google Sheets and Zoho Mail.

How long we keep it

Access and dietary details are deleted within 30 days of the final 2026 event. Everything else is deleted or anonymised within 12 months.

Your choices

Cancel any time with the management link in your confirmation email. To access, correct or delete your record, email contact@qiskit.london.
